Background
Richard (Dick) Celeste was educated at Yale and Oxford before becoming Director of the Peace Corps and elected as a two-term Governor of Ohio. He also headed an economic development consultancy until 1997, and served as U.S. Ambassador to India. In 2002, Celeste became the 12th President of Colorado College, an office he held for nine years. He continues to chair a number of corporate and nonprofit boards.

Susan Edmondson is President and CEO of the Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that downtown serves as the economic, civic and cultural heart of the city. Previously, she served 10 years as executive director of the Bee Vradenburg Foundation, a private foundation supporting the arts in the Pikes Peak region. Prior to assuming that position in 2003, she served for seven years as arts-and-entertainment editor at The Gazette in Colorado Springs.
Edmondson is a co-founder of the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region, and currently serves on the boards of the Colorado Springs World Arena and Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center.

Originally an inline skater from North Carolina, Joey Cheek quickly mastered the ice and became a world-record-setting speed skater. In 2002, at the Salt Lake City Olympics, Cheek won his first-ever international medal – a bronze in the 1,000 meter. Over the next four years he won more than 25 World Cup and World Championship medals, a gold and silver in the 2006 Olympic Games, and he joined Eric Heiden and Dan Jansen to become the first American male sprint world champions.
Joey Cheek is Co-founder and President of Team Darfur, an international coalition of athletes committed to raising awareness about and bringing an end to the crisis in Darfur, Sudan. Cheek's efforts after the 2006 Olympics to help stop the atrocities in Darfur raised over $1.5 million dollars and resulted in him being named the inaugural Heisman Humanitarian Award and one of TIME's 100 most influential people.
Cheek graduated from Princeton University in 2011 after studying economics and Chinese. He currently lives in Colorado Springs, CO where he works as a brand ambassador and sports marketing consultant to Olympic sponsors and other corporations.

Dave Ogrean is in his 16th year as Executive Director of USA Hockey (1993-99, 2005-present), and also serves as a member of the U.S. Olympic Committee Board of Directors.
He has been at the forefront of multiple initiatives over the last two decades, including USA Hockey's National Team Development Program, the American Development Model for age-appropriate training and the Colorado Springs Sports Hall of Fame.
The Connecticut native has vast connections in the sports world developed during a professional career that has included stops at ESPN, the College Football Association, the USOC, the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation and USA Football.

As Chief of Organizational Excellence for the United States Olympic Committee, Benita Fitzgerald Mosley oversees athlete career programs, the athlete ombudsman's office, business analytics, diversity and inclusion, human resources, facilities, Olympic Training Centers, security, sport operations and strategic planning.
Benita previously served as USA Track & Field's Chief of Sport Performance where she led Team USA to 29 medals at the 2012 London Olympic Games, the most medals collected by the U.S. track and field team in 20 years.
A world-class athlete herself, Benita was the second American woman to win a gold medal in the 100-meter hurdles, a feat she accomplished in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
