A graduate of Northwestern University and the JL Kellogg School of Management, Phil Lane is currently the owner of Culebra Properties. He currently serves on the board of the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, Colorado Springs Forward (chairman) and the Colorado Golf Foundation. Phil is married to Dr. Anita Lane and has three daughters.
Holly Shick is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. In that capacity, she oversees the USOPC’s ethics, compliance, and NGB Audit programs. Before joining the USOPC, Holly was a Senior Compliance Officer and Vice President at Goldman Sachs focused on anti-money laundering compliance. She also served as a federal prosecutor at the United States Attorney’s Offices in Washington, D.C., and Salt Lake City, Utah, where she mainly prosecuted violent crime cases. Holly is a proud Penn State alumna and received her law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.
Susan Edmondson is President and CEO of the Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that downtown serves as the economic, civic and cultural heart of the city. Previously, she served 10 years as executive director of the Bee Vradenburg Foundation, a private foundation supporting the arts in the Pikes Peak region. Prior to assuming that position in 2003, she served for seven years as arts-and-entertainment editor at The Gazette in Colorado Springs. Edmondson is a co-founder of the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region, and currently serves on the boards of the Colorado Springs World Arena and Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center.
B.J. Hybl joined Griffis/Blessing, Inc. a real estate investment and services firm, as an Associate Vice President in 1999 and has held the position of President and COO since 2006. Hybl received a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and an MBA from Regis University in Denver. He also served in the United States Air Force as a Missile Launch Officer and Space Operations Officer.
Greg Billington builds global digital solutions, with the last 6 years of his career in product strategy at Visa Inc. He graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Economics and Exercise and then raced for the US as a professional triathlete, competing at the Olympics in 2016. He raced at the US Olympic Marathon Trials in 2020 before returning to triathlon in 2021 to guide Brad Snyder at the Paralympics, winning gold in Paratriathlon. He is currently earning his MBA at Wharton with a focus on finance and environmental sustainability and has been on the Athlete Advisory Council for USA Triathlon since 2019. He resides in San Francisco, CA.
Richard (Dick) Celeste, the founding chair was educated at Yale and Oxford before becoming Director of the Peace Corps and elected as a two-term Governor of Ohio. He also headed an economic development consultancy until 1997 and served as U.S. Ambassador to India. In 2002, Celeste became the 12th President of Colorado College, an office he held for nine years. He continues to chair a number of corporate and nonprofit boards.
Robert Cohen is the Chairman and CEO of The IMA Financial Group, Inc., a diversified financial services company which is currently comprised of four primary businesses. Cohen received his bachelor’s degree in risk management and finance from the University of Texas at Austin. His professional memberships include Colorado Concern, the Colorado Forum, Assurex Global, Intersure (past chair), World Presidents’ Organization, the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (past chair) and World Broker Network. Cohen and his wife, Molly, have three sons and one daughter.
Jamie Davis is a distinguished sports media, marketing, and business executive who assumed the role of CEO of USA Volleyball in 2017. Appointed to the board by the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, Davis brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the board. His impressive background includes serving as the President of Fanatics, Inc., leading the television network Versus, and holding the position of Managing Director of ESPN Star Sports. Davis has also contributed significantly to News Corporation, where he was a member of the Fox Sports launch team.
Olympic gold medalist, 100-meter hurdles
Fitzgerald-Mosley is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation USA. Named a 2015 Game Changer by the Sports Business Journal, Fitzgerald-Mosley also serves on the International Olympic Committee Women in Sport Commission. She was named “Cable TV Executive of the Year” by Television Week Magazine for her leadership role as President and CEO of Women in Cable Telecommunications, the oldest and largest organization serving women professionals in the cable industry. A world-class athlete, Fitzgerald-Mosley won gold in the 100-meter hurdles at the Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. She resides in Haymarket, Virginia, with her husband, Ron, and their two children.
Dina Gerson, a seasoned sports marketing professional, recently retired from a remarkable 30-year career at The Coca-Cola Company, where she served as the Olympic marketing director. Joining the board with extensive expertise, Gerson is well-versed in promoting the values and spirit of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. With a proven track record in global events and partnerships, she has successfully utilized the Olympics to achieve business objectives. Gerson’s rich experience spans 12 Summer and Winter Olympic Games, and she is recognized for cultivating relationships with over 100 Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
Emily Hughes represented Team USA at the 2006 Olympic Games in figure skating. After her skating career, Emily graduated from Harvard. She has spent the last decade working at leading companies such as Deloitte, Google, Johnson and Johnson, and Meta. She recently joined the sports startup Grandstand. In her personal life, Emily is a community leader in the New York area. She lives with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle
Christopher Jenkins is President of Nor’wood Development Group, a locally-owned real estate and development firm in Southern Colorado for more than 40 years that has developed a prominent portfolio of planned communities, apartments, shopping centers and corporate centers. He also supports the Colorado Springs community with the the Nor’wood Foundation which focuses its philanthropic efforts on Christian initiatives for youth, the elderly, and regional arts and culture. He serves as a director on several boards including The Downtown Partnership, Downtown Development Authority, and the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance. Jenkins holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and real estate from the University of Denver.
David Evans Shaw, managing partner of the Black Point Group and a well-known business and social entrepreneur, has made notable contributions to leading public and private institutions, including wide-ranging experience in public service and in building science-based companies. Shaw has served on the faculty of Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and is chair-emeritus of The Jackson Laboratory, Treasurer emeritus of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, founding chair of the Aspen High Seas Initiative and Sargasso Sea Alliance, a trustee-emeritus of the National Park Foundation, and a founding Advisory Board member to Curiosity Stream.
R. Thayer Tutt, Jr. is Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of El Pomar Foundation. He is the chair of the investment committee for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Foundation, and also serves on the investment committees for Colorado College and the Geological Society of America. Tutt is treasurer for the Air Force Academy Foundation, and treasurer and past president for the National Recreation Foundation Board in New York City. He is on the board of directors and treasurer for the Colorado Springs Health Foundation. He sits on the boards of trustees for Colorado College, Broadmoor World Arena and The Hundred Club of Colorado Springs. In 2009, he received the Business Citizen of the Year Award from the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce. Tutt is a graduate of Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in geological and geophysical sciences, and earned his master’s degree from Duke University in business administration.
